Now, this one is not a total red flag, as many legit operators trade only from a Facebook page. But, why would any burgeoning removals company or business for that fact, not want to have a piece of their own internet real estate? (excuse the Americanism). Social media pages lack the credibility and uniqueness a polished and personalised website can offer - they also don't  provide the same perceived value (social media marketing should only run in conjunction with your website, and not be your primary focus). 

You might attracted by a regularly updated page with a gazillion likes and glowing five star reviews across the board - but remember, likes and reviews can be bought! So, make sure you tread carefully and do your research.
